* Establish a motivating atmosphere for colleagues and customers
* Effectively manage the store when absent from the Store Manager or Deputy Manager
* Train and validate team members in their roles
* Implement effective communication and foster a culture of trust
* Coach and support colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs
* Review reports and systems to drive improvements
* Reduce food waste and ensure no suitable food goes to waste
* Recruit talented colleagues and understand cleaning specifications
* Manage stock control activities, warehouse layout, and processes
* Identify and resolve issues with prices, overcharges, refunds, and label routines
* Optimize front-end operations to minimize customer queuing
* Recognize great service and provide feedback on poor performance
