About the Role
We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents to support our Shared Services operations. You will be responsible for delivering a top-class customer experience and performing a variety of administrative tasks via telephone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer queries via telephone, providing consistent, high-quality service
* Deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible
* Perform general administrative duties accurately and efficiently
* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team targets
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client procedures
* Proactively identify and report trends or issues to the management team
