Job Description
The role of a Creative Brand Manager is to lead and manage a team of designers in delivering high-quality creative work that aligns with the company's brand standards and strategic goals. This involves overseeing brand governance, managing workflow, and supporting various initiatives including global tradeshows, employee branding, facility branding, and investor programs.
This role will be located in our office and will involve working closely with the events and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience working in creative design.
* 1+ years managing a creative team.
* Proven ability to work with advertising agencies effectively communicating goals, deadlines, and project requirements.
* Strong communication and attention to detail.
* Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic and brand-aligned design.
* Fluency in both digital and traditional marketing media/channels.
* Ability to present business recommendations and provide rationale.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud CC and project management systems (Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or Asana).
