Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and implement cost management plans
* Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labour costs vs estimates
* Measurements, valuation and agreement of work sections
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
* 7+ years' PQS experience
* Mastery of interpersonal and communication skills
