Job Title: Person in Charge
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Person in Charge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client care, ensuring high professional standards through evidence-based approaches, and promoting participation of residents in planning activities. Additionally, they will lead the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety legislation within the service.
Key qualifications include:
* A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care
* CORU registration
* A recognised Managerial Qualification in Health or Social Care
