We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Human Resource Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, training, and development. As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and evaluating top-tier talent to join our dynamic team. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous growth and enhancement of our workforce through strategic training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Developing HR planning strategies by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
* Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise.
* Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques.
* Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
* Analyzing training needs in conjunction, planning and delivering training, including staff inductions

Requirements:
* Possess a high level organizational and communication skills.
* Possess a professional & commercial approach to HR.
* Have the ability to analyze, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment.
