**Job Title:** Accounts Manager

This role is a key position in the finance function, overseeing the management and coordination of all internal financial operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the company's financial strategy, working closely with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable
3. Perform general ledger postings and updates
4. Complete trial balance reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet)
5. Conduct Revenue compliance checks as required
6. Manage company credit cards, including analysis and posting
7. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements
8. Prepare audit files and coordinate audit requirements
9. Set up bank accounts and act as primary banking contact
10. Manage vendor accounts and relationships
11. Support company secretarial duties
12. Maintain general financial filing systems
13. Project Accounts:
14. Liaise with Production Accountants on active projects
15. Work with internal production teams on initial project finance planning and cash flows
16. Set up banking arrangements for new productions
17. Oversee Designated Activity Company (DAC) reporting, payments, and compliance
18. Schedule internal audits and coordinate with auditors and production accountants
19. Assist with DAC governance and final compliance requirements
20. Maintain project-related filing and documentation
