Senior Manager Job Description
This is a key strategic hire to strengthen and complement our existing risk and consulting team.
* Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Financial Services Internal Audit Offering, establishing and driving the firm's internal audit services across banking, insurance, and pension sectors.
2. Client Account Management: Oversee key existing client relationships within the government and charity sectors, while developing a new portfolio of Financial Services clients.
3. Engagement Oversight: Deliver and oversee high-quality internal audit and risk consulting assignments.
4. Strategic Direction: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, enhancing our market presence and service offerings.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a growing team of consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Your Profile:
1. 10-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services and Internal Audit, ideally within a professional services environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and build trusted relationships.
3. Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the Irish Financial Services landscape.
4. Entrepreneurial and results-driven, with a strategic and proactive mindset.
5. Proven leadership, project management, and people development skills.
6. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA are strongly preferred.
