The CompanyOur client is a respected environmental and community development charity working across Northern Ireland to create stronger, healthier and more resilient communities.The RoleThe Partnership and Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in securing the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisations network across Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Community and Wellbeing Manager, the postholder will drive strategic funding, corporate partnerships, income generation and excellence in project delivery.This is a dynamic and outward-facing role combining office-based work with outreach and fieldwork across both urban and rural communities. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, highly motivated and passionate about community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on the preparation and submission of high-quality funding and sponsorship applicationsIdentify and secure micro-funding opportunities to support local project deliveryDevelop and maintain a comprehensive funding databaseCreate and manage a funding planner and submission scheduleIdentify and develop corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunitiesInitiate engagement with business communities and potential donorsPrepare and deliver presentations to potential funders and donorsContribute to financial strategy planning for long-term sustainabilitySupport the development of marketing materials and fundraising collateralDevelop and update website content and digital resourcesProduce a monthly newsletter and quarterly corporate newsletter Plan and initiate innovative projectsCoordinate project delivery and engagement activitiesDevelop strategic relationships with partners across public, private and third sector bodiesThe PersonEssential CriteaProven experience of successful income generation, sponsorship or marketingDemonstrated success in preparing and submitting grant funding applicationsExperience developing and managing strategic partnershipsExperience delivering events and community-based activitiesExperience working with public and/or private sector fundersUnderstanding of community and voluntary sector issues in Northern IrelandStrong networking skills with ability to build partnerships across sectorsExperience developing and publishing content on social mediaFull, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposesPackage & BenefitsContract: Full Time, PermanentHours: 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Belfast (with outreach across Northern Ireland)Opportunity to shape and grow a nationally significant community initiativeHybrid office/outreach working modelProfessional development and training opportunitiesMeaningful role delivering measurable social impactSupportive and collaborative working cultureHow to ApplyTo apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.
