Hayward Hawk are delighted to be working once again with our client to help recruit for the position of Assistant Company Secretarywithin the companies Governance team.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office with occasional travel.
What youll do Attending meetings and making sure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Helping to arrange and prepare for board and committee meetings (creating agendas, organising materials, taking minutes).
Supporting compliance tasks and helping to manage important documents (like Power of Attorney records).
Answering email queries and staying in touch with various teams.
Getting involved in annual projects and other business activities.
Keeping up to date with changes in regulations that affect how we work.
What youll need Experience working in a company secretarial, governance, or similar roleideally with exposure to senior management or regulated industries.
A genuine interest in governance.
Confidence in handling meeting prep, minute taking, and professional communications.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team player whos happy to work across teams and countries.
