About this role
We are looking for a Talent & People Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover to start with) to support our growing People agenda and play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through to performance, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations.
This role is initially offered as a maternity cover, with strong exposure across the full People function and potential for longer-term opportunities depending on business needs.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants true end-to-end exposure in a global, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee and candidate experience.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager based in Dublin, you will support teams globally and act as a trusted operational partner across recruiting, people administration, performance processes, and HR operations.
You will help ensure our People practices are consistent, compliant, scalable, and aligned with Ding's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Act as a key ambassador for Ding in the market, delivering a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities, supporting hiring across commercial, data, and tech roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including CV screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer process support.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Support hiring managers with recruitment logistics, timelines, and best practices.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and internal mobility.
Prepare and issue employment documentation (contracts, amendments, letters, confirmations), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and trackers, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Manage and maintain compliant digital employee files, ensuring documentation is complete, organised, and audit-ready.
Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational queries, escalating when appropriate.
Support the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of People systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS), ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose.
Support reporting and data tracking across hiring and People operations, contributing to better decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance overall efficiency within the People function.
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Support
Support monthly UK & Ireland payroll processes by coordinating inputs, data changes, and validations with internal teams and external payroll providers.
Assist with UK & Ireland benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee queries.
Support compliance-related tasks across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Help ensure People processes follow local requirements while remaining aligned with global standards.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, ideally in a scale up, fast-paced or international environment.
A genuine HR generalist mindset: curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn all aspects of the People function.
Comfortable balancing recruiting, admin, and employee support responsibilities.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail — accuracy matters to you.
Proactive and resourceful: you anticipate needs, spot issues early, and take ownership.
Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
Confident using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage with employees and candidates with warmth and credibility.
Collaborative, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a great employee experience.
Now more than ever we realise the importance of keeping in touch and here at Ding we believe a little goes a long way.
