The Digital Product Specialist - App plays a pivotal role in the development, optimisation, and performance of the Dublin
Airport App. Acting as a bridge between technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and external partners, the specialist
ensures that app features are user-centric, technically sound, and aligned with strategic goals. This role demands a
blend of digital product insight, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the app
experience and drive user engagement.
Reporting to the Digital Development Lead, this position is ideal for a digital professional or a business/marketing
graduate with a passion for digital and app development. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a
digital-related role within a fast-paced, dynamic setting and be eager to advance their career in Digital.
· Work with the Digital Development Lead to define app features and future roadmap
· Support app releases, updates, and hotfixes across iOS/Android
· Use research and feedback to guide feature improvements
· Monitor performance and usability to enhance experience
· Work with UI/UX team effectively to ensure steady flow of work for the development team
· Track KPIs: downloads, retention, engagement, conversion
· Share insights through regular stakeholder reports
· Liaise across internal teams and external vendors
· Resolve technical issues and user complaints
· Oversee in-app content, promotions, and seasonal updates
· Align app messaging with broader marketing efforts
· Manage wallet integrations and rewards features
· Support UAT and validate new features · Log bugs and coordinate fixes with developers
· Lead keyword research and metadata updates for App Store Optimisation
· Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates in App Stores · Monitor and report on app store performance
