Job Title: Project Manager
A leading contractor seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of new builds and fit outs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years' experience in managing residential & commercial projects.
This role would ideally suit someone who wants to take ownership of their own project, lead site activities, manage manpower on site, host meetings with architects and senior management, update the site diary and ensure quality works are completed on time and in budget.
The Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project programmes including planning and coordination of daily requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of construction operations ensuring they meet required deadlines.
