Our multinational Technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner up to the end of September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting business leaders for employee relations across EMEA & LATAM.
You will be responsible for case management aligned relevant employment law, and providing business partnership support.
Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders
Case Management of ER related issues
Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems
Lead the performance management processes
Management of investigations, grievances disciplinaries.
Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions
Partner with HR business partners and centres of excellence
Ensure compliance with employment law, regulations, policies andprocedures
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years HRBP experienceor relevant experience
Experience with Employee Relations & Performance Management
Experience working in a global company across different geographies, highly desirable
Experience with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
