Project Director – EuropeInternational
Join a leading global construction and data centre company to lead the delivery of turnkey data centre solutions and CSA/M&E main contracts across Europe and the Middle East. In this senior role you’ll oversee projects valued over €500 million with a typical duration of 18–24 months.
Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from inception to completion for full turnkey data centre projects.
Manage CSA/M&E main contracts across Europe and the Middle East.
Coordinate with Tier 1 main contractors, stakeholders and clients in Pharma, Hospital Construction, Energy, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
Drive project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Project Director experience.
Strong experience with Tier 1 main contractors.
Background in Pharma, Hospital Construction, Energy, Industrial or Commercial projects.
Data centre (DC) experience favored but not essential.
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
