About the Role: As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, playing a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and target high-potential companies that align with our solutions.Work closely with SMB Account Executives to design and execute tailored prospecting strategies.Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across channels (email, social, calls) for diverse industries and personas.Share insights and best practices to elevate the team's outbound performance.Uphold a culture of professionalism, persistence, and continuous improvement.Who You Are: 1+ years of experience in outbound/inbound BDR roles, preferably in marketing tech or SaaS.A proactive learner with a track record of exceeding goals.Energized by fast-paced environments and building relationships.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).Strong communicator with a knack for articulating value propositions.Compensation: OTE:€67,000 (€43,550 base + €23,450 commission).Why Join Us?
