Support and Development Role
This position involves working closely with individuals to promote their personal, social, and vocational growth.
The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide support services to people with various disabilities using person-centred approaches and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Duties:
* Provide care and assistance to service users with all aspects of personal care, manual handling, and medication administration, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
* Create and implement individualized plans in collaboration with learners to achieve their personal and learning objectives.
* Aid learners in training and work experience by utilizing assistive technologies, creative tools, and diverse methodologies to help them attain their goals.
