Reporting to IT Manager, the role of the IT Support Administrator will be part of the IT Support Team, there will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.
Key Accountabilities
Employee Support
Act as the go to person for on-site and hardware queries
Distribute time among sites, be face of the IT team
Provide IT desk set up and hot desks IT maintenance
Act as onsite smart hands for our managed services provider
Build strong relationships with fellow employees through professional communication, regular updates, and a focus on delivering excellent service
Managed Services
Improve our user's interaction with our managed services provider
System Maintenance
Proactively monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including routers, leased lines, software, and operating systems.
Software Installation & Updates
Coordinate the installation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems.
Assess, select, and procure new and replacement hardware and software as required.
Documentation
Develop and document business applications and IT architecture to uphold and enhance our internal controls.
Other
General IT support, in all areas. Candidate must not be afraid to climb under a desk and replace a cable
IT Administrator will be asked to complete additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support the IT function, as the need arises.
Qualifications and Experience
IT Qualification or Relevant IT Support Experience
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience with SharePoint Online
Good Understanding of Networking and Wireless technologies
Strong customer service experience with a passion for service
Previous experience in IT Support
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must have full clean driving licence and access to a car
