The Station House Hotel is currently recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our professional team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, be innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands on role.

What we are looking for:
* Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the efficient running of the food and beverage department, including fine dining restaurant, bar and busy banqueting department.
* Strong knowledge on food and beverage, including wine, cocktails, spirits etc.
* Must have strong administration and financial acumen and must be able to manage the beverage inventory and equipment effectively.
* Able to lead a team of supervisors, bar, restaurant, and banqueting team
* Take ownership of the entire food and beverage department in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication skills
