MBRYONICS is moving from R you will project our talent needs 2-3 years out and build the pipelines to meet them working closely with the functional heads.

Who you are Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year specifically focused on University Relations or Early Career programming.
The "Space" Factor: A genuine passion for space technologies, and the ability to explain our mission to students.
Programme Management: Proven ability to support the development and execution of an internship program, manage budgets, and track ROI.
Networking: You enjoy being on the ground, meeting candidates and students, and identifying the future talent.
