About Mind Your Mouth
Mind Your Mouth provides custom sports mouthguards to GAA clubs, schools, and sports organisations across Ireland. We deliver on-site mouthguard fitting sessions, making the process easy and professional for players, parents, clubs, and schools.
The Role
We are seeking motivated independent contractors to organise and run mouthguard fitting sessions in GAA clubs, schools, and sports facilities. This role combines sales, organisation, and practical fitting work.
Contractors will be responsible for arranging fitting nights, recruiting players, and taking dental impressions on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and liaise with GAA clubs, schools, and sports organisations to arrange fitting nights
* Promote fitting sessions and recruit players through clubs, coaches, parents, and schools
* Organise and manage fitting schedules and session logistics
* Attend fitting sessions and take dental impressions (full training provided)
* Maintain accurate records of fittings and orders
* Represent Mind Your Mouth in a professional manner
Payment Structure
* €150 per fitting night
* €5 per mouthguard fitted
* Contractors are responsible for their own tax and expenses
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with sales and promoting sessions
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Willingness to travel to clubs and schools
* Full driving licence and access to a car preferred
* Experience in sales, sport, coaching, education, or healthcare is an advantage
