Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced role, providing exceptional customer service and support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

* Main Point of Contact: Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
* Order Management: Generating quotes, processing orders, and maintaining client information on our systems.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with the distribution team to ensure accurate delivery schedules and updates.
* Customer Satisfaction: Investigating debit notes, raising complaints, and providing detailed responses to general queries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Excellent Communication Skills
* Attention to Detail
* Strong IT and Systems Experience
* Ability to Work Well Under Pressure

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €34,000 - €36,000, Monday to Friday working hours, and an early finish every Friday.
