Transport Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of products to client sites nationwide, as well as managing vehicle fleet operations.
Duties include scheduling deliveries, planning and optimizing routes for efficiency, updating client information, maintaining vehicle schedules, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, resolving shipping queries, and supporting the transport team.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a corporate administration or coordination environment. A background in logistics or transportation is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate transportation services
* Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery
* Manage vehicle maintenance and schedules
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Resolve shipping queries and issues
* Support the transport team
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline
* 3-4 years' experience in a corporate administration or coordination role
* Experience in logistics or transportation advantageous
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
