We are currently seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline). They will also have experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with an intellectual disability. Additionally, they must be CORU Registered as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
