Role Description

This role is for a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry, responsible for supporting daily operations by accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring information is complete, consistent, and accessible, helping teams operate efficiently and make informed decisions.

As a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry, you will handle a variety of administrative and data-related tasks, including processing records, managing spreadsheets, updating databases, and verifying information for accuracy. You will work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring that all entries follow established guidelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing source documents, inputting data into digital systems, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and correcting records when needed. You will help maintain organized digital files and support reporting, tracking, and documentation activities.

You may also assist with basic administrative support, such as preparing simple reports, organizing information, and coordinating data-related requests from internal teams. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and reliability, as data accuracy directly supports operational efficiency and decision-making.
