Cold Dishes Chef
We are seeking an experienced Cold Section Demi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate according to recipes and directions from kitchen management.
You will work closely with the Chef de Partie to train new Prep and Commis chefs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate to menu standards
* Collaborate with the Chef de Partie to develop and implement training programs for new staff members
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Demi Chef in a similar kitchen environment
* Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
