Role Description
We are seeking a sales expert to lead our Wholesale and Convenience business. The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive market share growth, manage customer relationships, and analyze data to inform commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of annual Joint Business Plans with Wholesale & Convenience customers
* Analyze data sets (EPOS, Nielsen) to build commercial plans that optimize KPI delivery
* Manage customer negotiations and develop promotional plans that deliver revenue growth
* Participate in internal planning processes (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and provide timely category reporting using systems like Nielsen/Dunnhumby etc.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in FMCG categories or similar industries
* Negotiation Skills: Skilled negotiator with ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations
* &emsp Analytical skills / forecasting planning principles / Category Management experience required.
