Commercial Account Executive – New Business
to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical insurance knowledge and a proven ability to convert commercial opportunities.
The Role
You will play a key role in developing and securing new commercial clients while delivering exceptional service and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, quote, and convert new commercial insurance opportunities
* Achieve agreed income and referral targets
* Manage larger and more complex commercial risks
* Develop strong relationships with insurers and clients
* Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations
* Manage premium collection and aged debt
* Maintain high standards of documentation and CRM activity
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
About You
* CIP Qualified
* Compliant with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code & Fitness & Probity
* Proven track record in commercial new business sales
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Experience using Applied Relay system
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and target driven
* Ability to handle complex commercial risks
