- €55,252 We are currently recruiting for an Instructor/Facilitator to join the Recreation and Wellbeing department on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will work with Service Users across our Residential, Local Services and Outreach Services, supporting them in a variety of Recreation activities.Responsibilities Facilitate Service Users preparation and participation at conferences, Special Olympics, Holidays, and other national and international projects.Participate in and organise Sports and Recreation events that necessitate operations during evenings and weekends.Assist with coordinating Planning into Action and make decisions on allocating resources.Play a role in the completion of Assessment of Need for individuals that attend Local Service, Outreach and or reside in Kare Community houses.Play an integral role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a persons Individual Support Plan.Travel between Kare locations for the purpose of supporting Service Users and attending events as required.This list is not exhaustive.Requirements Minimum Qualification: QQI Level 5 Intellectual Disability Practice / Social Care / Community Support Worker Previous experience working in a Sports & recreation role would be an advantage.ESSENTIAL
