Cpl Healthcare is actively recruiting Social Care Workers for a full-time permanent position in Grangebeg, Kildare.

They operate across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, providing person-centred care that transforms lives. We seek experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* At least 1 year’s experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviours.
* Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* Hold a full, clean manual driver’s license and have access to your own car for this role.
* Understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral levels related to Social Care within disability services.
* Ability to follow, evaluate, and contribute to developing plans to meet individuals' ongoing needs.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
