We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to take ownership of strategic projects that enhance efficiency, performance, and alignment with organisational goals.
In this key role, you will:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major supply chain programs
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT
* Manage risk, resources, and change across multiple global projects
* Drive performance improvements through effective governance, KPIs, and continuous optimisation
What you'll bring:
* 10+ years' experience in program management within a supply chain environment
* Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives – ERP or integrated software projects a plus
* PMP / PgMP and/or Agile (CSM or PMI-ACP) certification
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
