The ideal candidate will directly report to the Director of Organisational Development.
* Welcome and Onboarding – Ensures seamless transition for new joiners through effective handover to relevant managers
Talent Management:
* Liaises with Learning Academy team to efficiently schedule, promote, coordinate, monitor and evaluate training initiatives by maintaining MIS data
* Supports the OD executive in tuition aid process from capturing data communicating outcomes administration around financing completions
