Overview PJ Personnel are currently working alongside one of our leading clients in recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Manager for one of our leading clients based on a job in Dublin.
Requirements5+ Years experience working as a Site Manager on an Irish or UK construction site.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Degree Qualified or ability to demonstrate a full working knowledge of current site management practices with the necessary experience to demonstrate this.
Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Include To be the company representative to liaise and pro-actively work with the Main Contractor's project team.
Managing and implementing safe systems of working.
Management of the installation and in-situ concrete gangs working on the project.
Attending site meetings with Main Contractor Scheduling material deliveries in-line with work programmes.
Maintaining daily site records, labour, plant, quality, etc.
Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project QS with other duties that may vary over time.
