Smart Monitoring Ltd are currently seeking applications for Control Room Operator positions in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
The position on offer is for Permanent Night time role & Permanent Day time role.
The Night time role is working 3 nights on 3 nights off.
This is a 12 hour working shift and is on a continuous basis (working weekends as rostered).
Expected shift start time is between ***** and Hours will be assigned once training has been completed.

We require individuals who are team players, have excellent customer service skills & attention to detail to assist us.
Our Control Room staff are our front line communication with our clients so we require excellent communications skills (telephone and within team environment) for this role.
