Experienced Parts Advisor
to join our esteemed team. We are a sister company of MDL (Motor Distributors Limited) which are the importers for Mercedes-Benz in Ireland. Our dealership, located in East Gate Business Park, Little Island, County Cork, operates a Sales, Service, Repair and Parts facility dedicated to Mercedes-Benz.

Experienced Parts Advisor
to join our team.

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Include
* Identify the correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers.
* Efficiently manage all telephone, email and online enquiries.
* Work as part of a team to achieve company and departmental targets.
* Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are achieved within the parts department.
* Communicate and build a rapport with the other departments.
* Maintain and build the customer database through telephone calls and planned visits.
* Process parts orders through the various software systems and DMS.
* Create and complete parts returns to each of the distributors.
* Check off deliveries and input the information on the DMS.
* Follow the outlined structures to assist with inventory levels.
* Provide parts delivery cover if required
Required Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Have relevant experience in a similar parts position.
* Have an understanding of Mercedes-Benz parts and their function.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to work to high standards.
* Display a desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Have strong IT skills including operating systems, Microsoft etc.
* Knowledge of Keyloop an advantage but not essential
* Possess strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
* Work well under pressure.
* Be a team player.
* Hold a full, valid and current drivers licence.
