Senior Electronics Engineer Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device product development. They should have knowledge of RF and radio technologies, as well as associated standards and certification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electronic systems for medical devices, including architecture definition, requirements specification, prototype design, risk assessment, DFMEA, manufacturing specification, schematics, and Bill of Materials creation.
* Manage external contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, health, and safety procedures.
* Coordinate test execution, both internally and with external test houses, to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
* Strong technical background in electronics and electrical engineering
* Knowledge of RF and radio technologies, as well as associated standards and certification processes
* Experience with design tools such as OrCAD platform
* Highly competent in design of Analog and Digital Electronics
* Experience with electronics testing/troubleshooting and manufacturing
