We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Pursuits professional with a proven track record of supporting large-scale, strategic bids. In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams, bringing a client-focused lens to every pursuit

What you'll be doing
1. Leading pursuits from opportunity identification through to close, applying proven methodologies to increase win probability.
2. Facilitating qualification, kick-off and win theme sessions to help teams sharpen their focus and stand out from competitors.
3. Reviewing, challenging and refining proposals, win themes, and client materials to ensure clarity and impact.
4. Coaching teams for early client conversations, oral presentations, and negotiations.
5. Developing pursuit plans and coordinating with design/creative colleagues to produce compelling, on-brand deliverables.
6. Training and mentoring others across the business to enhance pursuit capability.
7. Driving progress across pursuit workstreams, ensuring plans are executed effectively and on time.
8. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, keeping a close eye on the pipeline to prioritise opportunities.
What we're looking for
9. Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience).
10. 5+ years' experience in bids, pursuits, or business development.
11. Proven track record of directly contributing to successful, high-value wins.
12. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Confidence and emotional intelligence to influence senior stakeholders and flex your approach as needed.
15. Commercial awareness and sound judgment around risk.
