Overview
We are working with an international law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a non-casualty and commercial disputes team, advising global insurers, reinsurers and commercial clients.
The role involves providing advice on coverage, regulatory and compliance issues, and acting on high-profile litigation disputes across a broad range of sectors.
You will manage matters from instruction through to resolution, deliver policy coverage and liability advice, draft and review policy wordings and regulatory documentation, while also supporting clients on data protection and cyber breach issues.
2-6 years' PQE;
Insurance coverage experience;
Non-personal injury litigation experience;
Defence litigation background;
Excellent academics;
Technically excellent;
Ability to work independently and as a team;
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
