We are seeking a skilled Document Operations Specialist to join our team.


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in legal document management to provide high-level support in the preparation, management, and formatting of complex legal documents. The successful candidate will work closely with international teams, delivering precise and professionally presented documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert support in the use of MS365 applications and specialized document management tools across the legal team.
* Assist in the creation, formatting, and quality checking of complex legal documents, ensuring adherence to internal branding and house styles.
* Prepare client-facing documents and forms tailored to client-specific requirements and styles.
* Convert PDF files into fully functional Word documents and create PDF fillable forms as needed.
* Review, update, and maintain precedent documents and templates, ensuring accuracy before publication.
* Draft initial versions of large transactional documents and support their ongoing revision throughout the lifecycle.
* Share best practices and provide guidance on document creation processes via internal platforms such as SharePoint.
* Liaise with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot document-related issues and test new software solutions.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Extensive experience working with legal documents in a professional legal or corporate environment.
* Strong proficiency in MS365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, document comparison tools, and SharePoint.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead training and share knowledge clearly.
* Friendly, approachable, and adaptable personality, able to build strong relationships across departments.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving document workflows.
