Job Title: Senior Channel Account Manager - German Market

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our team and lead the charge in expanding our presence in the Central Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with local partners, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth in the Central Region through strategic partnerships and relationship-building
Develop and execute customized sales plans to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the Identity Security space
Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Proficiency in MEDDPICC methodology and ability to implement daily
Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on channel account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
