KM Lynskey are seeking a Payroll / HR Administrator to join our expanding team.
The successful candidate will be process-driven, have experience of working in a detail-oriented role and have strong excel skills.
Location – Ballycoolin Office, North Dublin
Contract – Full time

Payroll / HR Administrator responsibilities include the following non-exhaustive list:
Management of the Time Management System account, including clocking system and issuing badges
Providing support to employees with applications for residency and tax numbers when seconded for projects to foreign countries.
Dealing with weekly timesheets and liaising with project and site managers for approval
Managing administration of worker accommodation
Supporting A1 applications and associated compliance
Support Payroll Lead in file compliance, issuing payslips and general relevant administration
Key Education and Experience Requirements
Completed second level education; further relevant education and training an advantage.
Administration experience, ideally in HR / payroll
Previous experience showing excellent attention to detail.
Process driven
Good working knowledge of Excel
Romanian language skills an advantage but not essential.
Applicants must have automatic permission to work in the Republic of Ireland and be able to commute daily to our Ballycoolin office.
