Responsibilities
* To work as part of the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure dishes are of the highest standards.
* Ensure that the kitchen is organised and that all kitchen areas are kept clean on a daily basis.
* Ensure HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are implemented and records are up to date on a daily basis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Proficiency in working various kitchen stations and an understanding of different cooking methods and techniques.
* Knowledge of best practices for cleanliness and food safety including HACCP.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinking and ability to contribute to menu development.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.

Pay: Up to €38,000.00 per year
