Operational Resilience Manager
A pivotal role in operational resilience is critical to ensuring the continuity of key services. As an Operational Resilience Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the operational resilience of our European business, with a focus on supporting key initiatives across DORA, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Resilience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate with business service owners to manage and approve changes to Important Business Services (IBS) and associated impact tolerances at the legal entity level.
* Conduct stress testing and vulnerability assessments across critical services.
* Produce comprehensive reports to inform risk mitigation and resilience strategies.
* Drive improvements in resilience reporting across technology, cyber, physical, and third-party domains.
* Support governance forums, committees, and boards by delivering tailored insights and reporting.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of entity-specific governance enhancements.
* Refine policy and procedural documentation and support the evolution of operating models.
* Ensure reporting to senior management and boards is insightful, transparent, and open to constructive challenge.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Demonstrated expertise in operational resilience, governance, or risk management within a regulated environment.
* Strong capabilities in policy development, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
* Experience supporting governance frameworks in operational resilience or related disciplines.
* Familiarity with European regulatory standards, including DORA and other resilience frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive governance improvements across jurisdictions.
