Service Engineer - Environmental Services

LOCATION
Munster and Leinster Regions
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Service & Commissioning of equipment.
* Calibration of equipment.
* Troubleshooting issues on Environmental equipment and associated instruments in commercial and industrial settings.
* Implementation of Remote Telemetry on certain applications through various remote telemetry platforms.
* Assisting in site surveys / audits / trials etc as necessary
* Helping to drive quick resolution of customer issues.
* Liaising with service division to implement the best solutions for our customers
* Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience working in Water Treatment or Environmental applications is a distinct advantage but not an absolute requirement
* Trade Level or BEng Qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation and calibration, Environmental Science or equivalent is a requirement or 5+ years applicable experience.
* Previous experience working in a Maintenance, Engineering or Science role is highly desirable
* Proven experience working in a customer/client facing role.
* IT Skills, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Full clean driving licence essential.
* Valid working permit/ visa, essential.

* Ability to work on own initiative and schedule activities to meet timelines.
* Ability to be innovative and a Team Player.
* Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues as they arise.
* Good communication skills (verbal & written).
