This is an exciting and varied role as on Office Manager. You will be responsible for the financials of the Communication Department. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate events and other office tasks. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, handling outgoing mail, and daily organisation tasks. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and Sisters'.
Donor related tasks:

Donor correspondence and queries
Responsible for processing all European donations
Entering donations on 4D
Managing PayPal and Stripe accounts which involves transferring funds and entering all (mostly new) donors on 4D
Completing lodgement reports
Preparing labels for donor acknowledgements
Finance tasks:

Checking and settling invoices
Managing bank accounts and monitoring transactions
Reconciling accounts on 4D and on Sage
Completing Sage entries and reports
Print SCD Dockets and post to Rosemount
Print CBA report and transfer funds to CBA for distribution
Completing all bank lodgements
General Admin:

Filing and retention of documents
Managing main office email and phone
Responsible for ensuring all office supplies are fully stocked
Craft Fairs (Christmas & Spring):

Contacting all vendors for entry
Managing entries for the fairs
Planning the event
Organising activities for the day
Advertising the fairs
Handling of the finances for the fairs
Seasonal tasks:
-
Budget Preparation Mid-September (after August account entered on SAGE)
Quarterly Budget meetings/briefs to keep track of expenditure
Audit in January and Preparation in December
Increased donations after appeals so increase in time spent handling donations at this time
