Content Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to create high-quality content that drives free trials, increases website traffic, and supports conversions for a globally recognised provider of innovative CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the content creation process from ideation to research, creation, editing, proofreading, and optimization.
* Developing diverse content assets, including emails, blog posts, video scripts, lead magnets, and landing pages.
* Maintaining high standards of quality, brand voice, and consistency across all content.
* Leveraging SEO practices to identify content gaps and optimise existing content.
* Measuring content performance and refining strategies accordingly.
* Developing a deep understanding of our product, positioning, and target audience.
* Collaborating with graphic designers, web developers, and product and partnership teams.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or website content management.
* A strong initiative, commitment to deadlines, and results-driven mindset.
* Creativity to generate content ideas for business growth.
* A keen interest in team success and maintaining high-quality work.
* A desire to learn about the CRM industry and our unique approach.
* Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
* SEO experience is a plus.
