€30,737 – €43,544 depending on experience
Reporting to
HR Director
The Role
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in administration.
Ideally the right candidate should have basic HR & office knowledge.
You will assist and support the existing HR team in a busy NGO.
Training will be provided with ongoing supervision.
General Responsibilities
Supporting the HR & Payroll in the preparation of internal contracts and change letters for current staff.
Daily management of the HR inbox.
Processing references, bank/mortgage forms.
Answering general staff queries, once trained, on leave, letters and references for former staff, compensation & benefits queries.
Maintaining HR records in line with legislation and policy.
Assisting HR team with note taking, recruitment, scheduling interviews, job description preparation, advertising roles, pre-employment checks, and file maintenance.
Actively engaging in supervision.
Working in line with the policies and procedures of Crosscare.
Advocating for HR best practice within the organisation.
Maintaining Crosscare confidentiality at all times.
Education / Skills Required
Relevant admin and/or HR certificate/diploma.
General HR knowledge.
Strong administrative, organisational, and office skills.
Experience with Microsoft Suite & databases.
Good writing skills (draft letters, job advertisements, etc.).
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on your own initiative and within a strong HR team.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
