About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and generating new business across all personal lines, handling policy queries and updates, supporting the annual renewal process, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Promote and generate new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new sales leads.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to policy inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of the annual renewal process and maintain high levels of client retention.
* Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks related to personal lines policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
