Admin Support – Construction / Electrical
Location: NavanJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin Support professional with previous construction experience, ideally within the electrical sector. The role will involve supporting project managers and site teams with day-to-day administration, documentation, scheduling, and coordination duties.
Responsibilities:
General administrative support to office and site teams
Managing project documentation and filing
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets
Coordinating supplier and subcontractor paperwork
Assisting with health & safety and compliance documentation
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
Previous administration experience in construction or electrical contracting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
