More than a job, a career with Evergreen Care means you become part of a special community where you can make a real difference to the lives of our residents every day.Purpose Of PositionTo support the PIC in her role.To review and plan duties for team of administrators.To complete audits as per company policy.To ensure a smooth running of the administrative department, in respect to work allocation and rostering.To ensure that everything you do reflects the privacy, dignity and respect of our residents.To greet all visitors to the home in a manner that reflects our mission statement.RESPONSIBLE TO: PIC and Nurse on Duty.About The RoleRole & Responsibilities:Maintain accurate resident contracts, Fair Deal documentation, and related correspondenceProcess resident records and payments using EpicCarePrepare staff contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee personnel filesTrack annual leave, sick leave, Garda vetting, employment permits, and IRP cardsLiaise with Payroll regarding starters, leavers, timesheets, and wagesSupport recruitment and onboarding, including training bookings and compliance recordsComplete weekly compliance audits and provide administrative support to managementTo complete such paperwork and / or financial documents as requested by the PIC.Coordinate and support the Administration and Reception teamRequirementsPrevious experience in a Senior Administrator or HR Administrator roleExperience within healthcare or a nursing home environment is highly desirableStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using HR systems and maintaining compliance documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingWhy Join Us?Key role within a growing nursing homeOpportunity to develop within HR and healthcare administrationSupportive team environmentMeaningful work contributing to quality resident careSkills NeededAbout The CompanyEvergreen Care offers a fresh perspective in nursing home care in the heart of Ireland's communities.
